"Darcy Rezac's 17 May Canada House, Trafalgar Square event on 'Positive Networking' a Hit," reports Cross MBA UK Association (xmba.org.uk) organizer, Bill Patterson, an alumni of the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
"The event was not only sold-out, it was incredibly well received.
There was clearly a real thirst here for people to learn how to network well.
Darcy's approach, discovering what we can do for others rather than hard
selling--and pursuing personal and professional happiness--had huge
appeal. The feed-back from the event was terrific. One fellow went to a
charity event the next night for a thousand people. He introduced
himself to a complete stranger--something he would never have done had
he not been to Darcy's seminar--and discovered just the right contact
at the World Bank his charity had wanted to make...he was dazzled by
the magic of 'small-worlds' and the power of it all."
