What are Shepa Circles? Shepa is the Tibetan word for awareness or consciousness. A Shepa Circle is a meeting of like minded people who gather from time to time for the purpose of sharing information knowledge, stories and support. Shepa Circles are based on Work the Pond! (NY: Prentice Hall) by Darcy Rezac, Gayle Hallgren-Rezac and promote individual, group, enterprise and community well being.
When two people talk there's a pretty good chance someone will ask 'So what do you do?' Our experience is that, oddly enough, most people are kind of stumped by the question. It often comes across as an infomercial or some kind of convoluted answer that in the end leaves the questioner more confused than when they first asked the question.
